STC is pleased to welcome Joseph (Joe) Hardman, PE, CHMM, CPEA to our consulting team as an STC Program Director. Joe has has over 30 years of experience in EHS compliance auditing, providing technical support for EHS permits and licenses, and conducting risk assessments.

Joe has a B.S., Civil/Environmental Engineering, University of Delaware, DE. He is a BEAC  Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA), a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), and a Licensed Professional Engineer (NJ, PA and DE).

Joe has extensive corporate experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, E.I. DuPont Company – DuPont Pharmaceuticals, General Chemical Corporation. He also worked for the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), State of Delaware.
